About Us: We’re a locally owned movie theater in downtown Newton, N.C. that prides itself on creating a fun, welcoming experience for our community. We’re looking for a Weekend Supervisor who is responsible, dependable, friendly, customer-focused, and ready to lead a small team.

Position Overview: As Weekend Supervisor, you’ll oversee weekend operations, supervise up to three staff members, and ensure our theater runs smoothly. Your role is key to maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the theater
• Supervise and support weekend staff
• Ensure cleanliness and inventory are maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Keep operations running efficiently during busy periods
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with the public
• Reliable, organized, and proactive
• Previous supervisory or customer service experience preferred
  
  

Schedule:
Saturdays, 12pm to 12am
Sundays, 12pm to 10pm.
